• There are steps up to the front door and then all the rooms are on one level

• There is a living-dining room, a separate fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower over the bath, handbasin and WC, and separate toilet

• There are three bedrooms - 2 with double beds (140 x 190) and the third with a double bed and 2 bunk beds (90 x 190) for 2 adults or 2 children

• Enjoy your morning coffee or an aperitif in the early evening on the terrace overlooking the garden

• The large enclosed garden is perfect for relaxing in the sun - maybe with a drink and a good book

• But if you prefer to use the barbecue or play table tennis, both are available
